Since its launch in 1998 by optical visionary Richard Golden, SEE Eyewear has reached the 25-year milestone with 42 stores and a history of high fashion, along with a cult-like following.

Furthermore, SEE is celebrating its 25th anniversary in the optical industry. Founded by Richard Golden, SEE has grown to 42 locations from coast to coast.

“I’m proud that SEE has won “Best Eyewear” over 80 times in major publications. We were the first to market with edgy styles and branding.”

Additionally, during SEE’s 25th-anniversary celebration from July 18-August 14th, customers can enjoy $25-second pairs, an exclusive birthday cleaning cloth, drinks, SEE’s candies, D.J.s, and other fun activities in the store.

“We’ve built an iconic brand, changing how people view unique fashion eyewear,” says Golden. “My brother handles lab operations and buying, while my son is integral to day-to-day operations. We’re family-owned with long-term employees who are like family,” explains Golden.

SEE produces minimal frames, sometimes only 2 per color for each city or store.  

“It is the closest thing to custom eyewear made just for you,” adds Golden.  “It is ideal for people who want a unique look that no one else will have.”
