Banana Republic has partnered with fashion designer Peter Do to create a unique and exclusive clothing collection available for a limited time.

Press Release:

Banana Republic’s Meena Anvary believes that the BR x Peter Do collaboration targets a fresh audience interested in both fashion and culture. Anvary highlights that the trendy and adaptable collection is suitable for various lifestyles. It is worth considering as it will undoubtedly become a timeless addition to your wardrobe.

Peter Do and Banana Republic have teamed up to create a collection of timeless pieces. The collection features Peter Do’s signature neutral colors incorporated into Banana Republic’s classic silhouettes. The main emphasis was on creating versatile, wearable, and timeless pieces. Both the designer and the brand shared the same belief in quality.

“For BR x Peter Do, we focused on universal pieces designed with an eye towards versatility, wearability, and a timeless point of view,” says designer Peter Do. “We both believe in quality and the end goal is to dress people in clothes that they will want to re-wear with a feeling of newness each time.”

The 28-piece collection features transformational outerwear including the Detachable Pleated Trench, City Coat and Detachable Utility Trench; key tailoring wardrobe pieces such as the Leather Utility Shirt, Tuxedo Utility Blazer, and Tuxedo Drill Trousers; and layering items such as the Utility Dress, Detachable Turtleneck Sweater, Artisan Tunic, Sweater Tanks, and Convertible Sweater Vest. Accessories include silk scarves and a leather belt bag.

To bring Peter Do’s New York sensibility to the classic BR styles

The BR x Peter Do collection features a trendy scarf and underlayer for the trench coat, as well as a unique banana sketch on the sweater, tee, and silk scarf. The collection also boasts mixed-media designs with leather patches on knits and jackets, and a removable shearling collar for the trench coat. These pieces are available both online and in select stores throughout the US, Canada, and Japan, with prices starting at $100.
