Hot off the Oscar’s Red Carpet was a glamorous showcase of the world’s top designer garments worn by Hollywood’s leading men and women. “Every major star – every major fashion house and their designers make their presence known at the Oscars,” noted Peggy Opolacco, the director of a leading Public Relations company in Los Angeles. “Next to the MET Ball in New York City, with those dramatic stairways, the Academy Awards Red Carpet is the world’s next biggest showcase for a fashion house on a global scale.”

Glitter and shine were in the forefront, caped crusaders roamed around the carpet as was the obvious burst of color, with pink taking stage followed by a wash of beiges, coral and reds.
